Commision mile to badhiya hai. Hum client se 50 lenge aur engineer ko skill ke hisab se 20 pay karenge wala seen hai. Ceo andha aur gunga hai. Vo khali proffit ke chakkar me rehta hai aur hr log process pe process bata kar apna salary bhada leti hai. There is different process for internals and resource. I did not like this organisation.This company has trend of going in wrongful and forcefully Termination. One more thing they did not give me first month of salary, they mentioned client not yet started Billing so we can't give you salary.I asked my client to hire me through other vendor.
