Good place to kick start career for freshers/ 1 to 2 years experience. Great working culture, and learning stuff.

My work was at client location. It's nice place to work. There was so much challenging stuff to work upon. I learned a lot new things from this place. All the staff were humble and gave us guidance time to time and updated us every time.

Commision mile to badhiya hai. Hum client se 50 lenge aur engineer ko skill ke hisab se 20 pay karenge wala seen hai. Ceo andha aur gunga hai. Vo khali proffit ke chakkar me rehta hai aur hr log process pe process bata kar apna salary bhada leti hai. There is different process for internals and resource. Resource will be bhade ka tattu and internals will be roji roti ka saman. 90 day ke bad salary milega app resign karo ya company ka project khatam ho jaye. Comision mil raha hai HR aur ceo ka bank balance bana hai yahi hai sab kuch. T majdoor ho majdoori karo aur paise company ke liye banao nahi to nikal denge wala attitude hai.

I was working for a client and as committed by Netconnect they had given me a better opportunity to enhance my skills.

As I were working for a client from Netconnect interaction is less. I feel they could have interact with me as their staff. There is no bonus policy.

I did not like this organisation.This company has trend of going in wrongful and forcefully Termination. One more thing they did not give me first month of salary, they mentioned client not yet started Billing so we can't give you salary.I asked my client to hire me through other vendor.

This is one of the worst company to work, they have tie up with some big companies but this company image is not good with big companies, so if you join this company you loose your respect and life, and this company delay the salary, there is no job guarantee, I had very tough time with this company, please think before you join this kind of crap companies.

Pathetic company. This company has trend of going in wrongful and forcefull Termination. They are worst than animals. Even we treat animals good nowadays. These pathetic Companies force us to die on desk and money is important for them. I repeat- At any cost, do not join this company at any cost and position.

They are just a broker between company and resource to make the cut. Nobody is there to listen in case any issues as they need to be loyal to their client not the resources. Join at your risk

Pathetic brokers and they give false promises that client will onboard you in few months but reality is once you join they leave you completely and only come every month ends to take that cut of salary. Pay cycle is 7th of every month, promotions are negligible and you keep on hovering at the offer time package for rest of years with insecurity every moment.
