They keep shifting u in other teams, intentionally give you the requirements which are non duable and then one day they tell you are in PIP or if it's month end then they will tell to put resignation or we will terminate you just because they don't have to pay you salary for next month. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They are just a broker between company and resource to make the cut. Nobody is there to listen in case any issues as they need to be loyal to their client not the resources. Join at your risk

Dislikes

Pathetic brokers and they give false promises that client will onboard you in few months but reality is once you join they leave you completely and only come every month ends to take that cut of salary. Pay cycle is 7th of every month, promotions are negligible and you keep on hovering at the offer time package for rest of years with insecurity every moment.
