My suggestion to all will be to not be a part of this organisation. Other than that, the supervisors are supportive and provide on the job training to new joiners.

Dislikes

Tremendous work pressure and mental and physical stress are provided to the employees and thus messes your work life balance. There is no proper holiday and even in your day off, it is expected that your work is completed. Lastly, the HR department acts truly unprofessionally as they don't provide your deserved payment even though you have worked 18hours a day and delivered the task properly.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
