Work-life balance is not maintained at all. The writers are required to handle the clients while also focusing on their paid work as well. The payment is not sufficient for the workforce. The quality of the workers are not recognised much over their academic qualifications. Playing favourite is also abundant.

One of the best companies, if you want to disrupt your mental peace, if you wish to get into depression. Absolutely a nightmare. Confusing policies, the team leaders are a bunch of liers. They will give you unnecessary pressure to get the work done and also not provide the salary at the right time.

Working at NerdyTurtlez has been great. They have provided full support during the pandemic situation by providing the effective option of 'work from home'. Managers and supervisors are fully supportive in managing tasks and handling the work pressure. There is no doubt that there is continual work pressure, but we get continual motivation from the organization.

It is a great place to work. But, we often need to give time after shift hours.

Friendly culture, approachable management, helpful team leaders, plenty of opportunity to learn new technologies (talking from my own perspective as I worked in IT) and timely salary!

Work pressure may seem unjustified at times. The incentive schemes may sound very luring but they are really hard to achieve, depending on the domain you work on.
