Every day brings forth a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn and grow. The workplace and the office culture is welcoming and easy to adjust in. The advantages of working hard are far more than one can gain in an average workplace.

Dislikes

I personally face the issue of work-life balance which is my own responsibility as I am involved in writing more and working more than I am supposed to do. You can never work more out of your duty hours unless you are not doing it right or are willing to sacrifice personal time for extra incentives and recognition.

The only good thing that the company offered was a clean bathroom.

The work environment, the snooty leaders, incompetent leaders who had no idea regarding certain assignment topics. The lack of any proper operational procedure. And most importantly, YOU WILL GET NO HOLIDAYS. Week offs and CL/SL are approved, but still all reworks and submissions are to be completed. If you refuse, they will ask someone else to do it and deduct word count in bulk.
