Since it was my first time working, so even though it was not fun working there, but i had few experiences.

I have worked in Kolkata, where there are 2 workplaces. One at mullick bazar-park street crossing and another at exide. The office at exide is a great modern working place, but the office where I worked, that is, park street office was not much comfortable. It was not hygienic and it was on fifth floor of building, where lift were not functional during Saturday's and Sundays. Even though people were friendly, but there was also partiality between seniors and juniors. Like there was no fixed holiday. So we used to any one day as week off, but then also we could not get the desired days, since the seniors used to get those days, as a result there was too much partiality....Read More

The people are good. The employees are efficient. Company policies and management is pathetic. HR will entice you and deduction for petty matter.

Team 2 is the best team in the organisation. In general employees used to face many issues in terms of delayed salaries and incentives, terrible work life balance, faulty payslips were provided.

Dislikes

Except my team which was really a wonderful bunch of people to work with, the overall experience has been poor.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
