I have negative feelings about almost everything in this job. The system and benefits are not proper, and there is a lot of office politics and drama happening around 10 times a month. Your boss is also your reporting manager and team leader, which gives them the power to do whatever they want, including bullying, mocking, insulting, and denying things (gaslighting).
