I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No job security. They'll fire you without paying a penny. No work life balance. Forget about Sunday and holidays or day offs in general. You'll be working all day and sometimes even nights. Lack of communication and guidance. They'll refuse to communicate with you and put you on hold till it's too late for you and then they'll hold you accountable for mistakes that they didn't address. Offer letter was given on a blank Ms word file, company letterhead was not used. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days. Did not understand what was my ongoing training! TLs are incapable and lack of knowledge in the subject. They did not help you to understand any topic or anything, Sometimes they mislead us on the topic and sometimes will forward it to seniors. Never understand the meaning of team lead here. But when comes to word count deduction they become pro-active. Don't try to whisper here, entire floor has ear.
