I have negative feelings about almost everything in this job. The system and benefits are not proper, and there is a lot of office politics and drama happening around 10 times a month. Your boss is also your reporting manager and team leader, which gives them the power to do whatever they want, including bullying, mocking, insulting, and denying things (gaslighting). Sometimes, it feels more like a drama stage than an office. There are also no benefits to working here; the salary, appraisals, and learning opportunities are all unfair.
