Horrible experience. No proper training provided. The trainning provided by both trainers for same topic were totally opposite to each other. Offer letter was given on a blank Ms word file, company letterhead was not used. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days. Did not understand what was my ongoing training! TLs are incapable and lack of knowledge in the subject. They did not help you to understand any topic or anything, Sometimes they mislead us on the topic and sometimes will forward it to seniors. Never understand the meaning of team lead here. But when comes to word count deduction they become pro-active. Don't try to whisper here, entire floor has ear. During my two years at this company, I've come to appreciate one thing - the regular crediting of the salary on the 7th of every month. This consistency has been a reliable and valuable aspect of working here.

I have negative feelings about almost everything in this job. The system and benefits are not proper, and there is a lot of office politics and drama happening around 10 times a month. Your boss is also your reporting manager and team leader, which gives them the power to do whatever they want, including bullying, mocking, insulting, and denying things (gaslighting). Sometimes, it feels more like a drama stage than an office. There are also no benefits to working here; the salary, appraisals, and learning opportunities are all unfair. The team leaders do so much favourism and they are also not much educated to understand critical tasks. Specially for gunjan Mukherjee. Team leader of 7k team, many skilled writers left this office and it is also going on. So don’t work here ans look for another option.
