It's a very positive work environment with good flexibility—I can easily manage work and life. I have met some very talented colleagues here who make work exciting by implementing new ideas. Plus, the company organizes lots of fun activities, like the famous Champions Cricket League, which we all enjoy.

Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits. Every month, 1.5+ leave days are added, which is reflected in the payslip (one full day and a half-day leave per month).
