This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

Dislikes

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.

I will be as rational as i can about this. Nobody talks about the innovations, optimisations and efficiency, Its all about if its working or not. This is a service based company that means you have to crack client interviews. You fail 3 and you are terminated instantly. When you are working with the client, the work life balance is based on the client. Neosoft does not care about it. The management are just clowns. They like getting respect but not give it back. All in all, Its just a business. They do everything to get the profit and employees don't come under the consideration anywhere.
