Good with work time flexibility but most of the times you will end up working 10+ hours. Good for freshers you will get to learn many things but not good for long term.

I hope I can save your mental and physical health!!! 1.My exp in Neosoft was very pathetic company's expectations are quite high from their employee they don't care about employee health and expect them to work daily 10-12hours and find it normal. 2.poor Hr policies no response at all from their side when needed. 3.Seniors push their work on juniors and enjoy their time wfh. 4.TL doesn't come to office and expect his team to come to office daily. 5.lots of micromanagement and zero support from team and seniors. 6.Many internal teams conflicts. 7.No Appreciation from TL he will only keep pointing out flaws in everything. 8.No basic events from HR side just work work and work. Trust me it's not simply my experience it's an experience with everyone in their respective department. We have annual awards by the name "Excellencia". It recognizes the performances and achievements of employees for that particular year. The awards are held on a grand scale. Receiving an award at "Excellencia" is a great and proud feeling. Everyone cheers and claps for the winners. I received an award last year, while on of my colleagues received it this time.

I have seen success go to some individuals head. It brings a change in their attitude. I try to stay away from it.

There's a lot to learn. I get to handle both development and a bit of management. Honing my leadership traits. Mentoring others is what I enjoy most.

There are chances to work on-site, but they're limited.

Even during Covid worst time, our company never delayed our salary. I always received my salary on time. Even the compensation that we earned were paid to us on time. Thankful to them for understanding what our core needs are.

People get many reasons to criticize any company. Ask me, I am working here from 5 years, not a single thing in this particular.

I am content with the leadership training program; it is exceptionally effective. The mentors who guided and trained me were highly experienced.

Management doesn't care about employees, especially digital marketing department is the worst and employee here don't have freedom of speech and the thing you will experience here is politics and seniors are really insecure.

No job security at Neosoft. I have seen people been fired within 20 days of their joining simply because they couldn't crack one client Interview. It's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits.
