Training tutors at NeoSOFT are amazing. They have good years of industry experience. Both freshers and experience people can take advantage of this Neo Academy training. I personally find this training resourceful, and I am impressed with the quality of training and knowledge offered by our tutors at NeoSOFT.

Dislikes

No Cons. I have not found any, but will write about it in my future review, if I come across any.

Everything is well organized here. There are rewards and recognition benefits for top achievers; wellness programs are conducted now, and then, a good insurance benefit is given to all, a PIP initiative for employees struggling with their performance, and many more. I think it's the best place when it comes to benefits for employees.

One minor drawback is the limited onsite opportunity; it is only for top performers.

The Neo Academy training program is special in my heart as it has been a precious source of leaning and growth. I genuinely adore this program for its impactful and result-oriented training approach. It has equipped me with new skills and knowledge and provided me with the tools to tackle various challenges confidently.

We have some good employee engagement activities that I like the most and everyone participates in them with interest. The best part is, no one is forced to participate, it's all on you.

A conducive ecosystem exists for us managers. The higher management gives a free hand wherever required. Having the right talent at hand is such a significant asset being in this position. There is the right balance between independence and teamwork. I have grown as a manager for sure.

What is expected from you is told. Due to this, setting up goals and planning strategies has been easy for me as a team lead. I have learned many new things from both the leadership and my team. The team works responsibly, and they are doing a good job. I see a bright future for me and my team.
