Job Title: DevOps Architect Banking (Payment Aggregator Project)

Location: Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)

Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays working

Project Overview:

Join a high-impact banking project focused on a payment aggregator solution. Lead a large, cross-functional team in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient containerized applications, including Mesh Services. This is a senior role combining technical leadership and project management in a compliance-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a large DevOps team, ensuring successful delivery of scalable solutions.

Project Oversight: Oversee architecture, CI/CD, and deployment of cloud-native applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Mesh Services.

Mesh Services Integration: Lead the implementation of Service Mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) for microservices communication, observability, and security.

Collaboration: Work with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business needs, regulatory standards, and compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX).

Optimization: Lead continuous improvements in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: 10+ years in DevOps with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise: Strong background in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Service Mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).

Leadership: Proven ability to manage and scale DevOps teams, drive complex projects, and troubleshoot high-stakes issues.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python), configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), and Mesh Services.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with banking standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX) and payment aggregator solutions.

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
