No job security at Neosoft. I have seen people been fired within 20 days of their joining simply because they couldn't crack one client Interview. It's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations.
