No job security at Neosoft. I have seen people been fired within 20 days of their joining simply because they couldn't crack one client Interview. It's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits. Every month, 1.5+ leave days are added, which is reflected in the payslip (one full day and a half-day leave per month).

This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

Dislikes

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.
