None micromanagement Manager keeps on speaking rudely only wants number no efforts seen

Pathetic work culture no humanity, no hybrid no leave even Saturdays are working on the name of interview drives without overtime no breaks just work and give numbers is the Moto and if not achieved then being removed or are threatened.
