I will be as rational as i can about this. Nobody talks about the innovations, optimisations and efficiency, Its all about if its working or not. This is a service based company that means you have to crack client interviews. You fail 3 and you are terminated instantly. When you are working with the client, the work life balance is based on the client. Neosoft does not care about it. The management are just clowns. They like getting respect but not give it back. All in all, Its just a business. They do everything to get the profit and employees don't come under the consideration anywhere. So, My advice would be, If you really care about your career and you are ambitious, take some time out and apply for other companies. You will regret it here for sure. Good Luck...Read More

If you like tech and cricket, you will enjoy working here. We have this Neosoft Champions League cricket tournament which is my favourite. The office atmosphere is also lovely and comfortable. We work peacefully without any stress. Sometimes there is pressure but it is necessary if you want to improve and grow.

They Provide good salary but also asks to work 6 days if required that too with extended hours. Work culture is good and shift timings are flexible just have to complete 9 hours.
