They give you only one time better offer than previous employer. Precious building & office.

Dislikes

No work culture. Your performance depends on How you behave with your Manager. No work life balance. High pressure for material delivery. No proper planning of material requirement. No more salary hike once you get it at the time of entry time hike. No sense of How to treat people. One Hand Show of Senior Manager. You have to do Senior Manager work always.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
