Good environment to work in this company. I have get good position. Team mates and superiors are very supportive and given freedom to me for take own decision at my site. Management are short my problem in my site and my personal.

Dislikes

I have 7+ years of experience in same location from last company to this company. And I have interest to work in different field and location (anywhere in India and International with different environment, this is not possible through in this company. And salary is not enough for me in this situation.

Work Details

Learning should not end in our life, I have learn more from my job in this company. Here mostly same field (Steel plant) in all location when NEM job is going on. So, not suit for learn about other field like highways, bridges, airport railway project etc

To develop yourself to sustain the worst conditions of you entire work life, you must work here for a minimum of 1 year

Dislikes

Your life comes to a standstill. There's no way you can enjoy your life. Specifically if you are married then you would suffer more. Payment issues persist for long times, over 4-5 months.
