Good work life balance. Good Salary.

I worked for 5 yrs and got highest appreciation awards.Though in India site senior management do not hesitate while lay off by targeting and making unexpected legal matters. Senior management ready to do it because they are 2-3 time over paid. You will get surprise by the legal matters they made against you.To safe side employees resigns by himself. It happens several times in last years. There is parallel system that runs other than ethical system of organization, some people force you to become part of that. Ethically you can can not believe on India Nektar site and total failure for the regional balance. Overpaid people (who will not get 50% of current salary out of Nektar) will say nothing about these things. I can legally challenge things I wrote here....Read More
