Work culuture is not upto the mark, most of the Leads/PMs are from service company backgrounds and hence bring the work culture. Treat India as offshore and believe in the onshore/offshore model hence doesn't seem like working for a product based company. Most of the calls happen in US working hours due to overlap meaning its almost like working in a shift.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. For now, company has fully remote work culture. One will get on time salary.

Dislikes

No employee engagements. Apart from fixed compensations and insurance, there is no benefits available to the employees. It appears HR department is dead or the HRs are too lazy to work towards employees well being.

Never expect job security. They have fired thousands of employees during pandemic. Also fired employees in india just in an year of hiring them. Pretty unstable company.
