There are ample opportunities for establishing work processes and writing fresh piece of code (from scratch). There are also good opportunities for learning new technologies.

Dislikes

The HR/Admin/L&D policies like salary structure, public holidays, leaves, insurance, transportation system, office facilities, training programmes etc. needs significant improvement.
