To start with, i would like to post about my teammates who made my journey wonderful with so much learnings. Initial days with Neeyamo provided immense time on the training to give their employees meticulate deep insights on what they are working on. I have learnt lots about people management, risk management and how to give the maximum efficiency with the people provided and all the credit goes to Neeyamo. Such a wonderful place to work in. Salary is decent and i have nothing to talk much about appraisals as i am out of eligibility to the company's policy (Appraisal is given for employees with more than one year experience and i am completing my one year in few days). The one thing which was keenly felt is unbiased nature of management. Also appreciation happens very hardly here. Motivating and encouraging the people around us is equally important to our core job which i have always missed here....Read More

I handle Quality control team of the project which is the most critical and sensitive part of the process. It is about dispatching the final report to the end customer. So the core job is to find errors internally and prevent escalations.
