The Head HR. Trying to keep employees feel like its a school or college. This is the only thing I don't like in NEC rest everything is good.

No monetary, role, appraisals, skill level growth for senior employees. There is no process of promotion at all. People are stuck in same position for many years. Your progress depends on your relationship with your managers. Growths is not based on your work. Salary structure is super pathetic. Major salary component is contract bounded. Poor office infrastructure ( worli office).

Almost no salary hikes With the hikes you can't even buy yourself a KG of peanuts. This is the level of hikes they provide. Only the higher management gets all the hikes. The juniors are ignored even if they have done enough to satisfy the KRA and gone beyond their KRA. The offer letter only mentions 9-5 it's actually 9-9.

For a technical role at a junior position, all the leads are supportive.

1. Almost no appraisals. 2. Manager of certain departments are really sadistic and won't let employees use their leaves. Also, leave approval requires a lot of begging.

There is no opportunity for growth and learning. There are certain projects where everything has become stagnant and no further opportunities are offered. On one end higher management regularly takes on-site trips meanwhile other people are offered peanuts in terms of appraisal and increments. I worked in PTP process, overall it was good experience to work there. Learned many things as beginners and got opportunities to explore apart from regular work. Environment was also good.
