Dell process is excellent and I happy to work.No work pressure. I have to get Dell Team support 24/7. NTT DATA is my client place, There are given good support and opportunity. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from the various cultural background.

Dislikes

Client place security policy is more different.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging. Dell calls log process is different and difficult. Happy to manage day-to-day operations.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Nothing. Can't work in nebula computers

No job security. No appraisal. No proper response from HR's. If we get salary on time that's our luck. They won't pay the salary on time. They not maintain the employee records. Not even refund the employee PF's.
