As a partner with Microsoft, opportunities to work on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. Along with that Neal gives me opportunities to work on the latest technologies in the market. Got to learn many more things while working with Neal. Everyone has the freedom to choose technology for new upcoming projects.

Its better to Neal if they improve on Management. No predefine policies. No healthy work environment. Some policies are there but we can't use it like work from home. Dull infrastructure. Sometimes, I have to work on weekends also approx 13-14 hours on weekdays but there is no comp-off for that neither any type of compensation. And a lot more...

Due to technology freak, I really enjoy challenges while working here. But same time due to small employee strength needs to work on multiple projects parallelly which result in a weekend working, extra working hours, no personal life.
