Our boss is really kind and friendly. As a Women, the office space feels very safe. Responsibilities are handed over quickly. No Office Politics Whatsoever.

Nothing. They haven't supported me during covid 19. They have frighten me regarding my salary. I, my wife and my son 10 years have suffered a lot because of financial and depression. Some people must take strict actions on the company's people. We have begged for money from 4 months without salary. The condition we have faced but haven't died.

People are very intolerable. Instead of supporting us during this covid 19 they harress us by threaten of not giving salary. But due to God grace, I, my wife and my son have died. If possible I shall announce the name of those people who have threaten. Please allow me to announce the names. Bcoz, I have died then nobody have known about the suicide.

Very Bad organisations.people don't have life . Normally working hours should be 9 hrs but company own rule is 8am to 6:30 means per day extra 1:30 & TL doing 12 hrs shift . They don't have proper training department to train the new people software guys giving training .even they don't know about RCM.Guys Don't go there and spoiledyour life.please check first Google reviews about company then go.Very pathetic company...Read More

I have worked as a BPO Team Leader for the past 6 months, before that i was just an executive. I handle a team, and i must say NDS infoserv offers great opportunity. we get to learn and new tools for client satisfaction. this will in further career growth. the best part is that we receive a timely bonus and increment, which makes us dedicate our skills.

I have worked as a sales manager with NDS Inforserv for the past 1 year,and until now i have had no issues from co-workers and the management. there is good growth, and the higher manager is helpful. moreover, my co-workers are ready to assist and are friendly. there are good facilities for employees like yearly bonuses, medical cover, and other essentials.
