NDC (Presently known as ADNOC DRILLING) was one of the companies of ADNOC Group. But its culture / respect was inferior to ADCO & ADMA. Initially NDC used to provide Annual Air Tkt (to & fro), Electric Bill etc. Which they discontinued for no valid reason. Promotion depends upon one's relationship with the Boss rather than one's competency. NDC spent lot of money for Training purposes with improper promotion process. My suggestion is, NDC should give promotion to its employees through Written Test and Oral Interview by Third party....Read More

We were forced to work on Weekends with NO FINANCIAL BENEFITS or COMPENSATORY OFF. Such practice I never saw before.
