- Work place, - Infrastructure, - Events - Goodies Frankly the least said.. i don't feel this is even something likable about this workplace.

Cons - This is a start up that is disguised as an mnc. Please don't fall to this trap. - Hiring n fire culture - The role discusses while hiring is completely different when actual work begins. - People are hired and fired with 3months - Leaders are micro managing. - This place is not for straightforward people. - There are people who get for pretending to do work e.g just forwarding mails and making meeting appointments. - Knowledge transfer is pathetic. - Unstable work environment. - They don't keep up to their promises. People fro. Other departments think they own the company. They don't have basic manners to talk properly . They misbehave and They threaten new joiners and make others feel like they will loose their jobs just because they are seniors. There is no proper impact of hierarchy. No one wants to follow hierarchy. Anyone goes and talks to anyone e.g. an executive goes and complaints to the cxo and the cxo starts believing in stuff without any valid proof. Complete Chaos in this company. It's soooo messed up . Their software for employee information sucks . Payroll is pathetic. They work with a third party payroll services who has no clue about how things are supposed to work . Payroll is full of errors all the year round Workplace Not recommended....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
