This organization treats its employees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. It's a good place for freshers mainly. If I talk about salary and benefits, then it's extremely low. But to start your career and gain experience, one can go for that. Seniors are good and supportive especially Priyanka Srivastava mam (Manager-HR)

Fixed working hours..No expectation of working on weekends/beyond work hours. Managers/management is cooperative on granting leaves..

There is absolutely no job security. Management doesn't follow even the basic ethics of prior intimation of a month's notice. The pay is considerably low too.
