Work culture and the entire management team is good . All the members in the organization are quite humble and very helpful . If you want to earn a side income without any stress this job is a perfect fit for you !

The growth is stagnant over here . There will be no growth no perks no promotions nothing . Its mundane to take same sessions everyday without anything new . If you are looking to learn something new and want to explore other departments as well then this is not the right place . Here only those people can survive who are looking for a side income .

This organization treats its employees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary".
