This organization treats its employees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. Work in itself is the biggest satisfaction here. Management is easily approachable. If there will be any issues regarding any thing, will get sort out,if raised appropriately and strongly with the management. Learning opportunity is ample.

Dislikes

Very constricted growth opportunities, management should also prefer skills and expertise while giving a promotion and not only seniority.
