Work culture and the entire management team is good . All the members in the organization are quite humble and very helpful . If you want to earn a side income without any stress this job is a perfect fit for you !

The growth is stagnant over here . There will be no growth no perks no promotions nothing . Its mundane to take same sessions everyday without anything new . If you are looking to learn something new and want to explore other departments as well then this is not the right place . Here only those people can survive who are looking for a side income .

This organization treats its employees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk.
