This organization treats its employees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. Bad incentive policy, would suggest Sales guys not join the company as the company's CEO never retains anyone even if you are giving him good business. 6.
