Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- )....
