I worked in NCCL 14 years NCCL is good construction company in india no compromise in quality, and timely complete project , everything is good so I'am very happy

Dislikes

There is alotof politiceand management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is interesting! struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Iearnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
