many things that i do, they dont know the facts and work balance, dont know how the calculate the productivity. they just believe in someone, and dont have the exact date for salary processing, and still 5.5k pending from their end.

Nothing, even they dont even know how to calculate the salary, its against the labor law in india. we can sue them very easily. i was suppose to on how they work against the indian labor law, getting employee as a contract and getting commission out of it.
