Navodaya vidyalaya is a residential system so students are available 24 hours so we can solve their problems any time also we can teach them extra hours also. Overall work culture is good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.
