In Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti I am working as a faculty cum system administrator on contract basis. My job profile is to teach computer subject from class VI to -XII and system administration but in real teaching work becomes secondary and clerical work becomes primary in spite of posting of clerks . Due to contractual job many behavioral problems comes as work during holiday and sunday without any extra remuneration, extra clerical and official work, no time to concentrate on personal and professional life,etc. So I dislike it....Read More
