Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very friendly and supportive. Our organization is always support their employees and also work on employee's skills. And follows international work standards.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfactory. And career growth is slow. Other wise overall good experience.

Work Details

The job is interesting. And there is a one week training before joining. And during job I have learnt many things.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
