Excessive work hours without weekend off. No public holidays off. No fixed work hours set, often exceeding 13 hours a day even on Sundays! Non Technical staff holding authority over highly educated and talented staff!

I like only the work pressure so that one can learn great things,

Duty is 12 hours, and payment is not as per the duty. High risk involved in the site. No leave at all even in big festival though seniors enjoy all festive holidays. Food is totally south Indian a few can adjust, if other than south indian.
