Employee fastlities and management is poor, 12x 30 days to work here ,no weekly holidays only this site.but other site employees fastlities and management is ok.

Navayuga is very bigeast company and navayuga group is very nice group and working very fast

Navayuga company is not as provoid as thinks and very stress so can't leave thise company

I like only the work pressure so that one can learn great things,

Duty is 12 hours, and payment is not as per the duty. High risk involved in the site. No leave at all even in big festival though seniors enjoy all festive holidays. Food is totally south Indian a few can adjust, if other than south indian.
