I like the environment of work at the site and the good management system, supportive teammates, work-sharing nature of employees, nothing to say about my salary but I have a satisfactory salary because I am a GET and the company gives good technical knowledge about studying drawings, site conditions analysis, etc...

Dislikes

I am very much disappointed about the weather conditions only.

The job is quite interesting. and the common thing is to struggle at the beginning stage as days move on the struggle becomes an experience and the hardest time converts to memories of your work. That's it I am still learn new techniques in this company.
