This approach is demotivating and does not foster a positive work environment. 3. **Work-Life Balance**: There is a significant imbalance between work and personal life. Long hours and high demands are taking a toll on employees’ well-being. 4. **Organization and Processes**: The company is not well organized, and there seems to be resistance to implementing new processes and IT systems that could improve efficiency and effectiveness. 5. **Workplace Environment**: Mid-level supervisors are using inappropriate and abusive language towards employees and drivers, creating a hostile work environment. 6. **Growth Opportunities**: There is limited growth and development for newcomers. The current structure does not support career advancement for new employees. 7. **Innovation Resistance**: The workforce predominantly consists of employees with 10 to 30 years of experience, following outdated processes. There is a lack of willingness to allow younger generations to bring in fresh perspectives and updates.
