The company is open to adopt update technology.i like the company part of the navala team.its an comfortable for working to me.the company was good to care employees fresher's and experiences candidates.i also like employee rehire policy here.

compensation is decent but personal growth is slow.on field sometimes personal pressure with highers.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
