So much of politics. Dictatorship of managers. After performing well you can't make them happy. Because they get happy after demeaning you everytime you make mistake or your ask for help. manoj sah is manager of tech ops. That man should first learn manager's basic skills. He needs personality development. Keeps torturing teammates and ruining their mental peace.. many people left because of him and daily torture led to depression, anxiety and worthless life. Management should check if someone left because of toxic environment. If you want peace in your life switch or go somewhere where you work with professionals not like anyone who has skills but no proffesionalism. The projects that are assigned are quite interesting and the cross functional teams are amazing to work with. People can have a good work life balance.

Dislikes

People are assigned as managers even if they do not have any prior experience or any leadership skills. Everyone can be a manager but very few are leaders/ mentors. This company might loose on talent if managers are not leaders.

This company does not even deserve 1 star unrealistic targets and no work life balance no WFH policy and strict timings even if you leave 1 min early your manager will create a issue out of that nothing to learn and nothing to grow its better to stay jobless rather than joining this company. For taking sick leave also they will ask you 100 questions.

Few of the managers are not good there. They take everything personal. They do gossip about you and they will judge you. They give target as per your calibre they don’t see that everyone is getting 8-9 hours only. If you achieve your target they will increase your target in the next quarter. There is too much pressure towards targets. If you are living away from your hometown it will be tough for you to manage work life balance.
