Its good to be here, if you survive here for more than a year then you can stay anywhere at any circumstance. the place to get trained.

Dislikes

You dont get monetary benefits, no appreciation, no promotion. When its appraisal they will make you count what you didn't do and that you don't have any work. But when you go and ask for leave they would say tumhara kaam kon kareg?? and when you leave they would say good about you.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
