RBS has maintained conisitency in incurring losses, Not a good place to work as its in losses since last 10 years, Neither you will grow nor your salary will increase, whenever you ask for growth management will say bank is in losses, huge cost cutting hard to survive in such loss making organization.

Webchat Dept. in chennai . Too much politics.. People licking management's shoes gets promoted to higher levels , where as the hardworkers stay in the same level and management tries to ditch them . Drug usage , alchaloic managers are allowed inside the office and when someone raises questions , they try and somehow get them fired. And they don't give a shit about employees personal life
